Cornerstone Policy absolutely prohibits the use of drugs or alcohol on premises. Anyone believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave and membership may be subject to suspension or termination.

Cornerstone Membership Card & 24-Hour Access
If you haven't already picked up your Cornerstone membership card, you may do so by contacting Jennifer at 601-798-2371. All Cornerstone members are required to have a membership card (there is no fee for this card). This card will be used for log-in purposes during regular business hours. 24-Hour Access Each Cornerstone member has the option to add the 24-hour privilege to their card, this privilege has
a one time fee of $20.00 (unless lost or damaged) You must pay the replacement fee of $20.00.

Soon as a registered member, you'll be able to get advance notice of new clasees, equipment upgrades and more. You will be able to leave feedback about the facilities, classes and operations. Member only polls will let you participate in planning improvements and expansion of our services. You'll be able to make suggestions and ask questions from the convience of your home or busness computer. |
